We have been in the hot tub business for 30 years, so we have seen many spas come and go. We often found our loyal customers wanted to upgrade their hot tubs and didn't know what to do with their existing, working hot tub. In recent years, we started taking trade-ins on spas previously purchased here, therefore helping our customers do away with the older model to purchase a new one. But what were we to do with all these working tubs in good condition? That's when the Certified Previously Owned (CPO) Spa program was born.
