Certified Pre-Owned Spas

We have been in the hot tub business for over 30 years, so we have seen many spas come and go. We often found our loyal customers wanted to upgrade their tubs and didn’t know what to do with their existing, working tub. In recent years, we started taking trade-ins on spas previously purchased here, therefore helping our customers do away with the older model to purchase a new one. But what were we to do with all these working tubs in good condition? That’s when the Certified Previously Owned (CPO) Spa program was born here at Great Bay Spa & Sauna.

The Great Bay Spa & Sauna CPO Program

Each CPO spa is one that we had originally sold and maintained. Before a CPO spa is offered each is thoroughly tested. We are serious about inspecting the CPO spas. Each spa is thoroughly checked by our service department with a complete wet test of all the spas components including pumps, heaters, filtration system, diverter valves, air controls, spa side controls, circuit boards, lights and stereo systems. Any component deemed defective or not operating the way it should is then replaced. Also each spa is re-tested once again prior to pick up or delivery. The cabinets may have small imperfections, which we have tried to list below with each spa but in no way affects the spa’s operation. We do encourage you to come in and view each CPO spa so the aesthetics are to your liking. We don’t think you’ll be disappointed should you elect to purchase a previously owned Great Bay spa.

Each spa includes a complete chemical start-up kit as well as a high-density, rigid foam locking cover. And each CPO spa carries our Certified Previously Owned Warranty of three months parts and three months labor if the spa remains in our normal service area. Once you become one of our customers, you just need to call us should you ever need servicing - even after the warranty has expired.
